Senior Executive, Key Account Management (FMCG)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead key account management for fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Hong Kong. The role is responsible for the full sales portfolio of assigned key accounts, driving growth and ensuring effective use of trade spending and promotional funds.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales portfolio in assigned channels.
• Plan and execute sales strategy, budget and forecast.
• Obtain market intelligence and prepare research and analysis.
• Analyse sales trends and trade‑spend efficiency to identify opportunities.
• Work with client management on promotion plans and ensure execution excellence.
• Track competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence to develop agile channel strategies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry with solid connections to supermarket chains.
• Knowledge of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ambitious, energetic, self‑motivated and result‑oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
