Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Officer will lead the full spectrum of HR activities for a premier beachfront resort. This role combines strategic HR management with day‑to‑day operational support to ensure a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all hotel departments.
• Drive performance management cycles, including appraisals and development plans.
• Review, update, and implement HR policies in line with local regulations and best practices.
• Design and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities.
• Lead ad‑hoc HR projects such as employee engagement surveys and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Detail‑oriented with a friendly, proactive personality.
• Ability to plan effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint competency.
• Chinese word processing capability.
