Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of cooling system construction projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Oversee contractor performance and resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in cooling system designs and installations.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience and over 8 years of managerial experience leading sizable teams.
• Proven track record in large‑scale new‑build construction, HVAC and central chiller plant implementation, preferably in Hong Kong.
• Experience with district cooling projects.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC air‑side and water‑side systems operation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Commitment to safety culture and risk mitigation with solid knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
