Senior Legal Counsel – APAC

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Asia‑Pacific leadership team. You will provide commercial and corporate legal support for a global technology company operating across Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on transactions, marketing, sales and commercial contracts.
• Lead complex deals, ensuring legal support throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to develop new technology products, services and solutions.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal guidance and risk mitigation for the APAC market.
• Report to the General Counsel and contribute to strategic APAC operations.

Required profile

• 8‑14 years post‑qualification experience.
• Corporate and commercial law background, preferably with both law‑firm and in‑house experience.
• In‑house experience in a stable technology‑focused business is essential.
• Proven ability to work with sales, marketing and product teams across Asia.
• Comfortable navigating cultural differences in Asia, the UK and the US.
