Senior Manager, Global Procurement

About the role

Quince is seeking multiple Senior Managers to lead global procurement across several product categories. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will shape cost structures, drive savings, and ensure supply continuity while aligning with the company’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute category‑specific commercial roadmaps, set short‑ and long‑term procurement targets, and deliver at least 700 bps of product‑cost reductions within 12 months.
• Own end‑to‑end RFP processes, negotiate optimal terms with Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers, and build repeatable negotiation frameworks.
• Create component‑level clean sheets, approve buy plans, and partner with material managers to embed upstream material costs into finished‑good pricing.
• Identify strategic supply‑chain opportunities such as verticalisation, commodity trading, and market‑making for key materials (e.g., cashmere, silk).

Required profile

• 8+ years of global procurement or sourcing experience in a retail apparel or soft‑goods environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFPs with international manufacturers and leveraging clean‑sheet costing.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Technical aptitude for AI‑powered platforms and large language models (LLMs) to conduct scenario analysis and automate procurement tasks.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Experience building AI agents or tools to systematise RFP processes.
