Senior Manager, Health & Safety – North Asia & SEAA

About the role

CHANEL is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Health & Safety across North Asia and SEAA. Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will translate regional priorities into practical frameworks, routines and tools that enable markets to act with confidence and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Shape, embed and improve the regional emergency preparedness framework, including response plans, simulations, training and KPIs.
• Drive health & safety culture through communication, employee engagement, leadership routines and recognition of good practices.
• Partner with Rewards, P&O and market teams on wellbeing and return‑to‑work priorities.
• Strengthen regional H&S governance with consistent standards, reporting cadence, risk escalation and dashboard insights.
• Build market capability through expert guidance, coaching, tools and a learning matrix.
• Lead regional H&S projects, defining scope, timelines, stakeholder engagement and progress tracking.
• Manage regulatory reporting metrics, including CSRD requirements, benchmarking and audit‑ready evidence.
• Provide focused technical H&S advisory support for Hong Kong and Macau.
