Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

DKSH is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support the marketing manager in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The role involves planning ATL and BTL activities, managing digital channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Plan and implement ATL & BTL activities, including traditional and digital advertising, KOL/MI campaigns, website and social media management, trade promotions, and street events.
• Coordinate with regional teams, sales, designers, and media agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare business reports, evaluate campaign performance, and translate insights into business opportunities.
• Track sales performance, manage inventory, and provide team support.

Required profile

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, media, or brand management.
• Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in FMCG or media agency environments is an advantage.
