Senior Marketing Officer – KFC

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Officer, you will support the development of annual marketing plans and lead the execution of campaigns that drive strong business results. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and agency partners to bring campaigns to life across Digital, ATL, BTL, social media and more, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing plan development to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to execute approved plans, including new product launches and sales promotions.
• Manage production houses, creative agencies, and social media agencies to ensure high‑quality, timely, and cost‑efficient delivery of all projects, focusing on Digital, ATL, and BTL.
• Support post‑campaign analysis and reporting.
• Manage social media platforms.
• Assist in other ad‑hoc projects and tasks as required.

Required profile

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, or FMCG (preferred).
• Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Creative and eager to drive change.
• Well‑organized with strong project and budget management skills.
• Strong business and marketing sense.
• Knowledge and experience in ATL/BTL activities and social media management.
• Understanding of the QSR market is an advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
