Senior Officer, IT (E-commerce)

About the role

fastretailing is looking for a Senior Officer, IT (E-commerce) to support its online business. The role covers hands-on monitoring of O2O e-commerce operations, platform enhancements and coordination with the operation, digital marketing, logistics and call centre teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in e-commerce operations (O2O) by working and monitoring on site.
• Manage e-commerce platform enhancements, including ad hoc projects and all channel development.
• Work closely with the operation, digital marketing, logistics and call centre teams to ensure smooth e-commerce development.
• Provide training and support to end users on e-commerce systems and processes.
• Ramp up the project team to coordinate communication and operations among project stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance of e-commerce features and functionalities.
• Handle incidents and work requests, with regular analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Business studies, e-commerce or another relevant field.
• A comprehensive understanding of e-commerce or related experience is preferred.
• Result-oriented, multi-tasking and independent, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Good team player with leadership ability; able to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines and across stakeholder needs.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
