Senior Platform Security Engineer – Cybersecurity

About the role

Mox Bank is looking for a Senior Platform Security Engineer to lead the design and delivery of a security‑as‑code platform that enables fast, secure development across the organisation. You will work at the intersection of DevSecOps, identity management and cloud security, shaping the way engineering squads build and deploy services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain an enterprise‑wide security platform using Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Create and manage “Golden Modules” that provision cloud resources with security defaults.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines, automating SAST, DAST and secret scanning.
• Architect modern IAM/PAM solutions, moving the organisation toward dynamic, Just‑in‑Time access.
• Provide technical leadership to DevSecOps squads and champion security best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on security engineer with a strong automation mindset.
• Experience building platform‑scale solutions in a cloud environment.
• Proven ability to write production‑grade code and influence development teams.
• Passion for Zero‑Trust identity models and frictionless security.
