Senior Public Relations Executive – Assistant PR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Public Relations professional to support strategic PR initiatives and assist the PR Manager in delivering integrated communication programs that align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of PR strategies, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare reports on media coverage, campaign performance, and stakeholder feedback.
• Draft press releases, pitch stories, and manage media relations, including press conferences and events.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement programs with government officials, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Help plan and execute events such as product launches, seminars, and business forums, managing logistics and budgets.
• Maintain crisis communication protocols and support response strategies during critical situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate communications or PR experience, preferably in TMT, with exposure to both in‑house and agency environments.
• Strong media network and ability to manage complex PR campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Creative, analytical, well‑organized and able to work independently.
