Senior Public Relations Executive – Corporate Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Public Relations Executive to support and drive our corporate communications strategy. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will work across media relations, stakeholder engagement and event management to enhance the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PR Manager in developing and executing strategic PR plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate media outreach, draft press releases, pitch stories and organise press events.
• Support public affairs activities, monitor policy developments and prepare communication responses for government and industry stakeholders.
• Help plan and execute events such as product launches, seminars and business forums, managing logistics and budgets.
• Maintain crisis communication protocols and aid in response execution when needed.
• Prepare regular reports on media coverage, campaign performance and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate communications or PR experience, preferably in TMT or similar sectors.
• Strong media network and proven ability to manage complex campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Creative, analytical and well‑organized with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using social media platforms and digital PR tools.
• Ability to analyse media metrics and report on impact.
