About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will join a high‑performing team at Morgan McKinley, driving talent acquisition for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start‑ups to top‑tier organisations. You will act as a trusted career partner, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Promote Morgan McKinley, its services and current opportunities to candidates and clients.
• Generate leads, develop a robust pipeline and achieve desk‑based targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share information and support cross‑selling initiatives.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, providing exceptional service.
• Build specialist talent pools and propositions to engage potential clients.
• Contribute to marketing activities such as blogs, events and media to raise your profile as a specialist recruiter.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data‑protection guidelines.

• Proven track record as a recruitment consultant in an agency or success in a B2B sales role.
• Problem‑solver with inquisitive and resourceful mindset.
• Organised, able to multitask efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
