About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Senior Sales Executive to join our Hong Kong retail team. You will be the frontline ambassador of LUAH’s bold, versatile jewelry, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s premium presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers to understand their preferences and needs, providing expert advice on LUAH’s hypoallergenic, waterproof, and tarnish‑resistant jewelry collections.
• Deliver personalized product presentations, highlighting durability, versatility, and design to enhance appreciation and sales conversion.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance and team goals.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment, organization, and loss‑prevention protocols.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and well‑organized product displays consistent with brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and community activities to boost brand visibility and engagement.
