Senior Sales Associate – Canton Road Store

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to deliver professional, friendly, and high‑quality customer experiences in our Canton Road store while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and high‑quality in‑store customer experiences to achieve sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism, providing product information, styling suggestions, and after‑sales service.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand image and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the team to execute marketing activities.
• Assist in daily store operations, including restocking and product displays.

Required profile

• Form 5 or above with at least 3 years experience in jewellery retail; international jewellery brand background is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, flexible, and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin preferred.
