Senior Sales Associate

About the role

The Senior Sales Associate will design and execute customer contact plans, promote product launches and lead sales campaigns to build new relationships. Acting as the primary point of contact, the role handles queries and complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions while supporting overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and drive sales campaigns.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating complex cases.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with clear objectives, using standard presentation materials and probing questions to assess interest.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, trade shows, conferences and existing networks.
• Recommend suitable products, propose quantities and configurations, and guide customers to purchase under standard terms.
• Record follow‑up actions and update the CRM system after each interaction to maintain accurate data for retention and business development.

Required profile

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of company policies, regulatory codes and adheres to mandatory procedures.
• Utilises performance management systems to monitor personal and team objectives, taking corrective actions to ensure quality and timeliness.
