Senior Sales Channel Officer

About the role

Sony is looking for a Senior Sales Channel Officer in Kowloon Bay to manage its B2C and B2B channel partner and distributor accounts. The role drives sell-through, maximises Sony's sales share and shelf presence, and enhances brand activation in retail, while also developing key corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and sales operations of B2C and B2B channel partner and distributor accounts to drive sell-through and shelf presence.
• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of key B2B system integrators and corporate clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing channel sales strategies aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and channel performance to provide actionable insights.
• Act as the main contact between internal marketing, product and support teams to deliver a customer-first experience for partners.
• Track and report on key KPIs and recommend improvements to sales performance and programme profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in channel or key account management in consumer electronics or tech.
• Demonstrated B2B corporate account management experience is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable presenting to and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to interpret sales data such as sell-through and inventory turns.
• Advanced leadership capability and a strong track record may lead to an Assistant Manager position.
