Senior Solutions Consultant

About the role

The Senior Solutions Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, showcasing Clearwater’s product capabilities to institutional asset managers and owners. You will partner with sales, product, and account teams to drive new business, meet revenue targets, and support existing customers through consultative engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, document operating models, business requirements, and pain points of prospective clients.
• Deliver high‑quality, solution‑led demonstrations and respond to RFI/RFPs, highlighting Clearwater’s competitive differentiators.
• Collaborate with deal teams to craft winning strategies and convey the value proposition of both SaaS and Managed Services offerings.
• Gather product requirements from customers and work with the product team to address gaps.

Required profile

• 7+ years in sales engineering or implementation roles focused on front‑office technology (OMS, PMS) for traditional asset managers and owners.
• Proven experience in complex enterprise FinTech sales, covering front, middle, and back‑office solutions.
• Strong understanding of asset‑management operating models, investment‑management lifecycle, and vendor landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel onsite.
