Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to design and execute recruitment strategies that align with regional and global objectives. This role drives end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensuring high‑quality talent pipelines for the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze organizational and regional business strategies to develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, delivering both results and a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize agencies, internal sourcers and diverse channels to map talent markets globally and maintain sustainable recruitment pipelines.
• Collaborate with HRBP and business stakeholders, applying data analysis to improve hiring decisions and operational efficiency.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to share market insights, support recruitment events, and champion employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in internet or high‑tech sectors.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and deliver results in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and professional judgment.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
