Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical & Product

About the role

Binance is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as a Talent Partner for its global technical and product teams. This hands‑on position combines full‑cycle recruiting with leadership responsibilities such as leading hiring projects, managing data, and coordinating priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and negotiating offers.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Serve as a true Talent Partner, consulting, advising, and coaching business lines.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in a structured, timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in top‑tier tech or Web3 companies.
• Proven track record of filling senior‑level technical positions.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and genuine passion for the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics for decision‑making.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and strong organisational attention to detail.
