Senior Technical Operations Executive

About the role

The Senior Technical Operations Executive will oversee the end‑to‑end management of hardware assets and support services for Infosys in Hong Kong. This role ensures smooth operation of IT environments, from inventory control to on‑site event support, while maintaining high service standards for internal and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hardware inventory levels and process internal hardware requests.
• Monitor ticket queues, resolve incidents, and track requests to completion.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of IT rooms and support event‑related hardware setups.
• Coordinate hardware decommissioning, business moves, and early‑stage planning for relocations.
• Handle escalations, set client expectations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Set up temporary training rooms and large‑scale office events, including expo installations.
• Perform comms‑room patching and network cabling tasks.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related hardware.
• Image and re‑image computers, configure IP phones and mobile devices.
• Support work‑from‑home hardware requests and ensure policy compliance.
