Senior Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician to lead the installation, maintenance and repair of complex technical equipment and building systems. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of junior staff and coordination with external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, routine inspections and repairs on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Guide, train and support junior technicians, assign daily tasks and ensure safe workflow.
• Monitor and manage external vendors and contractors during facility upgrades or specialised equipment installations.
• Enforce local safety regulations, keep detailed operational logs and report equipment faults and repair progress to management.

Required profile

• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A or B).
• Minimum five years of experience in property or facility maintenance.
• Proven ability to supervise a technical team and work with contractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and reporting procedures.
