About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Waiter/Waitress to join the West Premium restaurant at The Rock, our Happy Valley clubhouse. You will provide top‑class food and beverage service to members and their guests in a fine‑dining setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent food and beverage service to members and guests in the West Premium restaurant.
- Assist the captain to ensure smooth and efficient service in the assigned section.
- Maintain high service standards and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Uphold strict hygiene and quality standards throughout the restaurant.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of fine‑dining restaurant experience, preferably in hotels or clubs.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese).
