SEO Specialist

About the role

First Page, a certified Great Place to Work and leading APAC digital agency, is seeking an SEO Specialist to join its growing SEO and Technical team. The role blends hands‑on technical SEO, on‑page and content optimisation, and emerging Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) work across a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end SEO for assigned accounts, including audits, keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical fixes and performance tracking.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, crawl analysis and deliver clear, prioritised recommendations.
• Optimise content for traditional search and AI‑driven answer engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, etc.).
• Track and report brand visibility on LLM and generative search surfaces.
• Build and present monthly performance reports using GA4 and Google Search Console data.
• Participate in client calls, translating SEO concepts into business language for Cantonese and English stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content, development and paid‑media teams to implement recommendations.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to accelerate research, reporting and workflow.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi‑client setting.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with strong client‑communication skills.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO (crawling, indexation, site structure, Core Web Vitals, structured data).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
