About the role
Join the award‑winning team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Hong Kong as a Server / Cafeteria Attendant, supporting VIP dining, events, barista, and grab‑&‑go services in the UBS Tower location. You will help deliver the brand’s Gold Standards of luxury hospitality each day.
Key responsibilities
- Perform floor duties and ensure smooth daily operations across the assigned outlet(s).
- Maintain service standards that align with brand values and the Gold Standards.
- Continuously seek ways to improve guest satisfaction and employee experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale food‑and‑beverage environment.
- Team‑player with an outgoing personality and a passion for service.
- Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
