About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Shopper Marketing professional to drive brand growth and sales for an assigned product line. You will work within a collaborative team to develop and execute marketing plans that resonate with consumers and deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities and programs to meet sales targets.
- Partner with brand teams to launch and promote existing and new products, ensuring the annual marketing plan is delivered effectively.
- Conduct market research, analyse trends and competitor actions to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.
- Perform demand forecasting, manage budgets and control expenditures.
- Lead ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, presentation and project‑management abilities.
- Analytical mindset, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
