Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer to join a mission‑critical production support team for a large‑scale digital platform serving millions of users. The role works in a modern cloud‑native environment focused on reliability, automation and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support large‑scale production platforms in a 24/7 environment.
• Drive platform stability, reliability and operational excellence.
• Deploy, maintain and optimise applications and infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.
• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting and observability dashboards.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and minimise service disruptions.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security and product teams.
• Continuously improve automation, deployment pipelines and operational processes.
• Participate in incident response and production support activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Kubernetes
• Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)
• Observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Datadog
• Identity & Access Management platforms – ForgeRock, Keycloak, Auth0
