Social Media Manager, Platform Marketing

About the role

Neo Derm, a leading medical aesthetic enterprise in Hong Kong, is looking for a Social Media Manager to drive its platform marketing efforts. The role will own social media strategy, execution and influencer collaborations for the brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategy for assigned brands, ensuring growth, performance and brand alignment.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (抖音), Redbook and other secondary platforms.
• Serve as the primary social lead across brand, platform and creative teams, guiding execution and alignment.
• Partner with KOLs, influencers and content creators to generate viral moments and high engagement.
• Direct event‑related social coverage, including live updates and post‑event storytelling.
• Set standards for social copy, formats, templates and short‑form video, remaining hands‑on when needed.
• Oversee community engagement and occasionally appear on‑camera for content creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Creative Media or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms in Hong Kong and China.
• Successful track record partnering with KOLs and micro‑influencers.
• Strong time‑management, attention to detail and project‑management abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with confident presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
