Software Architect

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Software Architect to lead the design and development of next‑generation access control, car‑park and electric‑vehicle‑charging solutions. You will shape the technical direction of our platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure and maintainable while working in a collaborative, flat‑hierarchy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own software architecture and technical direction for applications and platforms.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, reliable solutions.
• Design system architecture, APIs, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and maintain highly available cloud architectures on Azure and/or AWS, including Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging and observability practices.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture and code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and product teams to propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Diagnose production issues and drive root‑cause resolution.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong background in software architecture and system design.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade software systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders is a plus.
