Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a senior Solution Architect to define and maintain our enterprise architecture, technology roadmaps, and engineering standards. You will lead architectural design across multiple applications and platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture, technology roadmaps, and engineering standards.
• Lead architectural design and governance across multiple applications and technology platforms.
• Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and integration approaches.
• Drive decisions on scalability, security, performance, availability, resilience, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Developers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Produce architecture artefacts such as solution diagrams, high‑level designs, integration specifications, and technical assessments.
• Guide teams on microservices architecture, API design, cloud‑native development, and modern engineering practices.
• Lead technical risk assessments, root‑cause analysis, and architecture reviews.
• Support major releases, production incident management, and continuous platform improvement initiatives.
• Mentor technical teams and promote engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of software engineering experience with significant responsibility in solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to convey technical concepts, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
