Station Commercial Assistant

About the role

The Station Commercial Assistant provides essential clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth commercial operations at the station. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating travel, and assisting with research and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and enter data for documents, reports, and business records.
• Coordinate meetings, visits, and travel arrangements for business partners and stakeholders.
• Support corporate e‑platforms such as travel requisition and staff reimbursement systems.
• Conduct commercial research and data analysis to aid station operations.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative or commercial experience.
• Meticulous, able to work independently and manage office duties.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Experience with Chinese Mainland companies or cultural understanding is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft PowerPoint.
