Supervisor, Integrated Warehousing Services Operations

About the role

The Supervisor, Integrated Warehousing Services Operations will lead daily logistics, warehousing and distribution activities for DHL in Hong Kong. This role ensures smooth inbound and outbound processes, maintains inventory accuracy and drives operational excellence through KPI monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound and inventory management processes.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance to ensure service excellence.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate transportation activities and resolve operational issues with customers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, safety compliance and process adherence.
• Work closely with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support project implementation, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints, enquiries and develop relationships with existing customers.

Required profile

• Form 5 or DSE equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3‑5 years relevant logistics experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, independent, responsible and detail‑oriented with a customer focus.
• Proficient in PC operations, e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
