System Administrator

About the role

The System Administrator will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our Linux and Windows environments, including SAN storage and blade server infrastructure. You will work closely with developers, application teams and end‑users to ensure high availability and reliable performance of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily administration and maintenance of Linux, Windows, SAN storage and blade servers.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation and user manuals.
• Prepare reports, implementation proposals and technical documents.
• Provide 24/7 standby support for system incidents and emergencies.
• Support application teams, internal users and external customers on system‑related matters.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in Wintel system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows system administration, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing SAN storage and server hardware.
• Background in large‑scale system implementation, migration or infrastructure revamp projects.
