System Analyst – Financial Services (Work Life Balance)

About the role

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our Financial Services team. You will manage and support enterprise application platforms, ensuring reliable operation across development, testing, and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise application platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on Kubernetes clusters.
• Execute platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance while maintaining service continuity.
• Support environment migration initiatives, including workload transitions between Kubernetes clusters.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and engineering teams to streamline release and deployment processes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD deployment workflows.
• Perform Linux system administration tasks such as configuration management, performance monitoring, security patching, and troubleshooting.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, runbooks, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑10 years of experience in application support, platform engineering, DevOps or system administration.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python or Shell scripting for automation.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster migration, application upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and server administration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.
• Effective communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar.
