About the role
The role is a hands‑on, office‑based Systems Administrator supporting a global quantitative investment business in Hong Kong. You will combine direct user support with infrastructure administration, troubleshooting and project work, collaborating with global teams and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in‑person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile‑device management, videoconferencing, AV equipment and trading‑floor technology.
- Support Windows PCs and servers, UNIX/Linux servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure, and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
- Practical experience in desk‑side, trading‑floor, AV, conferencing or remote‑user support, with good analytical and research skills.
