About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end‑to‑end recruitment across all levels, from junior positions to C‑suite and partner roles. This role partners closely with business leaders to design and execute strategic hiring plans that support growth and market expansion in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders to design, execute, and close hires for a wide range of positions.
- Develop and oversee strategic hiring plans aligned with business talent strategies, meeting regional and senior‑level recruitment targets.
- Lead recruitment operations for new business lines, industries, and emerging topics, building recruitment strategies from scratch.
- Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate pipeline needs and proactively build talent pools.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging skill sets and roles.
- Drive DEI, CSR, and culture initiatives while enhancing the employer brand in the market.
