Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Binance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its rapid global expansion. The role focuses on hiring for Business and Commercial functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for Business/Commercial positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide market insights and recruitment advice.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Drive recruitment process improvements and contribute to related projects.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines using market mapping, networking, referrals and proactive outreach.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top‑tier Internet, FinTech, Financial Services, Web2 companies or leading agencies.
• Proven track record hiring for Business/Commercial functions.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services or Web2 recruitment is highly preferred; Web3/Crypto hiring is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
