Talent Acquisition Specialist – Corporate

About the role

Binance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its rapid global expansion. The role will partner with business leaders across Marketing, Payments, Financial Products, Operations and other critical functions to attract and hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process and negotiating offers.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Act as a strategic Talent Partner, providing consulting, coaching and market insights to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting databases and HR assets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, university outreach, job fairs and community engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in top‑tier tech companies or agencies.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building and consulting skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Interest or curiosity about the crypto, blockchain and Web3 industry.
