Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Zeal Group, an award‑winning FinTech company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Hong Kong and China teams. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive end‑to‑end recruitment for front‑line and business development positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies for HK and China teams.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for front‑line and business development roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through sourcing on job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit, skills and qualifications.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Monitor market conditions and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and customer‑relation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
