Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK continues to scale globally. This hands‑on recruitment role thrives in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple hiring priorities and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes. You will gain exposure to a wide range of functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering and other business‑critical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles and business priorities.
• Source, screen, assess and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the ATS.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Experience recruiting across functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product and Engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese) are a plus.
