Global Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Global Recruiter to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK scales globally. This hands‑on role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced environment, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles across various functions and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles and business priorities.
• Source, screen, assess and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai or Japanese are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
