Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for the assigned department, building strong pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to meet talent needs in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies using multiple tools to proactively identify candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers for resume screening, interview coordination, and offer package design.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide industry and market updates related to talent acquisition.
• Handle ad‑hoc HR assignments and collaborate with other HR teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Approximately 5 years of recruitment experience in the financial industry, preferably in investment banks or securities firms.
• Strong knowledge of investment banking products and HR practices, including the Employment Ordinance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
