职位概况

Robert Half诚聘香港猎头顾问（Talent Manager），负责中高端岗位的全流程招聘，支持跨境人才流动，推动香港及华南地区业务拓展。

主要职责

独立完成中高端职位的360°招聘，包括寻访、评估、谈判及入职跟进。
开发并维护香港及华南地区的客户关系，提供市场洞察与人才策略建议。
支持跨区域人才流动，建立长期稳定的候选人网络。

任职要求

近3至8年猎头或外部招聘经验，具备完整的360°招聘实战经验。
熟悉金融、保险、HR、IT等行业者优先。
具备良好的业务拓展能力和商业敏感度。
普通话或粤语为母语，英语熟练，可作为日常工作语言。

必备技能

熟练使用招聘系统与工具进行候选人管理。
