Team Lead – Treasury Relationship Management

About the role

The position leads the Treasury Relationship Management (RM) team within DBS Consumer Banking Group. It is responsible for driving sales performance, business development and regulatory compliance for wealth and insurance products across the branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve branch sales targets through needs‑based selling and service compliance.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans, identify branch opportunities and launch innovative sales initiatives.
• Oversee call activities, weekly sales planning and relationship‑management models to meet growth and retention goals.
• Prioritise staff sales activities, conduct performance reviews and optimise resource deployment.
• Maintain strategic business and social contacts to expand market penetration and customer base.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with external regulations (HKMA, SFC) and internal policies, including KYC, AML and licensing requirements.
• Coach and develop staff, supervise daily performance and support career progression.
• Champion exceptional customer experience, resolve complaints and uphold the bank’s service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in consumer banking at an executive level, with at least 3 years in sales management.
• Experience in wealth‑management products, especially investment and insurance, is highly valued.
• Degree in business, finance or related discipline.
• Registered RI (Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4) with HKSI papers 1, 7 & 8 passed.
• Registered TR (General & Long‑Term) with IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5 passed.
• Preferably registered CI – CRWP (ECF‑RWM); CFP or CFA designation is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
