About the role
The Dorsett Kai Tak hotel is a new 373‑room flagship inspired by Hong Kong’s Marina lifestyle, offering suites with pantry and light‑cooking facilities, interconnecting rooms, and premium amenities such as a rooftop bar, pool and fitness centre. We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee the Food & Beverage operations, ensuring that every guest receives a memorable experience that reflects the hotel’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service excellence.
- Handle guest reservations and enquiries efficiently.
- Undertake other duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel or fine‑dining restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
