About the role

The Team Leader will oversee daily operations at One Duck Lane, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a Chinese cuisine setting. Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, you will coordinate service, cash handling and staff performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mise‑en‑place, manage service flow and handle cashier duties.
• Ensure compliance with Chinese cuisine service standards.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and recommend menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Monitor inventory and perform daily requisitions.
• Assign seats, coordinate seating plans and support the management team with additional tasks.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on culinary excellence.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Service‑oriented, pleasant and outgoing personality.
