Technical Recruiter – IT Contract Staffing (Remote, Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end IT contract staffing for our Hong Kong market. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing technology professionals across a range of domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT contract positions in Hong Kong.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, networking and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate technical and functional competencies of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, provide updates to hiring managers and candidates, and negotiate rates, notice periods and onboarding timelines.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talent for current and future needs.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, clients and vendors to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically IT contract staffing.
• Proven track record recruiting for the Hong Kong IT market.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with staffing firms, consulting companies or system integrators is a plus.
