Technician Trainee – Engineering & Facilities Services

About the role

The Technician Trainee Programme at Hactl offers a comprehensive two‑year on‑the‑job training experience within the Engineering and Facilities Services of SuperTerminal 1. You will work alongside experienced engineers to ensure cargo handling systems, mobile equipment and facilities operate at optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine and corrective maintenance services on terminal equipment and facilities.
• Assist engineering teams on projects and system development initiatives.
• Rotate through various engineering and facilities sections to gain hands‑on experience.
• Work shift patterns, including overnight duties, to support 24/7 terminal operations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hard‑working attitude with a positive outlook.
• Energetic, willing to take on challenges and learn quickly.
• Availability for shift work, including overnight shifts.
