Tenure-Track Clinical Associate/Assistant Professor – Dermatology

About the role

The School of Clinical Medicine at the University of Hong Kong invites applications for several tenure‑track positions at the level of Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Assistant Professor in Dermatology. Appointments are on a four‑year fixed‑term basis with the prospect of renewal and eventual tenure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical services in dermatology across affiliated hospitals and clinics.
• Teach and supervise medical students, interns, and postgraduate trainees.
• Develop and lead basic, clinical, or translational research programmes.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the department’s clinical and academic activities.

Required profile

• Medical qualification registrable with the Medical Council of Hong Kong.
• Fellowship of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical dermatology and teaching.
• Proven record of research and publications; higher academic degree (MD, MS, PhD) is advantageous.
