Trade Marketing Manager – Hong Kong & Macau

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead trade marketing initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau. You will shape the brand’s in‑store presence, drive promotional activities and collaborate closely with retail partners to deliver the brand’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual trade marketing strategy aligned with the brand calendar and commercial goals.
• Plan and manage a comprehensive trade marketing calendar, including promotions, gifts‑with‑purchase, pop‑ups and events.
• Analyze retail performance data, generate actionable insights and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Partner with trade partners to identify growth opportunities, enhance brand exposure and ensure flawless in‑store execution.
• Maintain strong communication with Marketing, Commercial, Global and APAC teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently and oversee vendor relationships for quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Develop innovative visual merchandising and POSM solutions for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct regular store visits, audit visual standards and coach frontline teams to ensure high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Trade marketing experience in the luxury cosmetics or beauty sector is preferred.
• Open‑minded, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
